Walking up the timber staircase leads to the main kitchen, dining and lounge area. If “eating in” is your preference, then the house is an entertainer’s delight with a fully equipped main kitchen which includes a 900mm oven and cooktop, large stainless fridge, microwave oven, water filtration tap, a pod coffee machine and all the extras you will need. The main lounge room comprises a leather lounge, flat screen TV, DVD, DVD library and a natural gas log fire so you can sit back and relax or watch the ocean views or the footy on a cold winter’s day.

Off the dining room, there is a large balcony with another natural gas inbuilt BBQ and great views to the inlet and ocean. Enjoy a glass champagne on the balcony whilst you soak up the sunshine with a book or watch the sun set.
