The space
Number 5 on Halford is a stunning self-contained suite on the lower level of our mid-century beach house, positioned in the most perfect location, just a five minute walk from front gate to the Inlet beach and six minutes for your morning coffee and boutique shopping. This apartment is the perfect escape for a group of friends or couples.
The guest suite is a great base to explore this spectacular beach side village and is perfectly situated for visiting many other fantastic locations in South Gippsland and Bass Coast. Phillip Island and the famous Grand Prix Circuit are 40 minutes travel by car as is Wilsons’ Promontory National Park, approximately an hour.
Guest access
Guests have full use of the apartment comprising an open plan Lounge, Kitchen and Dining Area. There is also a cute reading / sitting nook which looks to the outdoor area. The apartment is brand new, with beautiful bedrooms, queen beds with all professionally laundered and pressed linen supplied, clean sparkling kitchen and bathroom complete with lovely deep bath to soak in after a day at the beach or sightseeing. Shampoo, Conditioner, Body Wash and Body Lotion are supplied as well as large bath towels, face washers and bath mats. Guests have their own private front entrance, double parking space with excellent easy access. A large gas BBQ is available for guests and as well as a beautiful front timber boardwalk, raised timber outdoor seating area with shady native garden area to sit and enjoy a book and a glass of wine. The bird life in this older area of Inverloch is abundant and delightful.
The kitchen has a single stainless sink, large stainless fridge/ freezer, electric cooktop and range hood, microwave oven, dishwasher, washing machine and blender. All cutlery, china and cookware are supplied. A variety of teas and ground coffee for french press and milk is supplied to get you started.
Guests also have use of full internet, TV and DVD player.
Please Note- all water entering the house is filtered via an external fine filter system, drinking water is lovely to drink, no chlorine and you can soak in the bath knowing it’s filtered water.
Interaction with guests
Guests will be welcomed upon their arrival and given a tour of the apartment and general information about the accommodation and booking. We are happy to share information about Inverloch and this beautiful coastal area of Victoria.
Self check-in is also available if guests arrive later in the day or hosts are away. We are happy to accommodate guests to make your stay enjoyable and stress free.
Other things to note
The Apartment is on the lower level of our beautiful mid-century beach home, originally constructed in 1967. We purchased the property in early 2016 and have spent the past 2 years bringing her up to date and comfortable whilst maintaining many of the original features we fell in love with. Our home has been transformed into a space that we adore and love to share with our guests, the best of both worlds.
