The council will NOT allow any building on this block. Prospective buyers must purchase the surrounding 5 blocks in order for the council to consider a permit application. Adams Estate is an area near Grantville where an inappropriate subdivision was approved in the 1960s. The blocks of land were not big enough to treat all waste water on site so council developed a restructure plan for the area. In order to build a house, there is a requirement to consolidate multiple blocks of land to create a block big enough to allow for waste to be treated on site. Lot 1 is part of the restructure lot 22 which contains a total of 6 blocks.
