Profile: Rachel has called South Gippsland home for most of her life, growing up in Meeniyan before settling in Leongatha as a young adult. With many years of experience in customer service roles within the local community, she genuinely enjoys meeting new people, building connections and making others feel welcome. Having previously assisted the Alex Scott & Staff Leongatha team, she is delighted to now be part of the office team.

Community and connection have always been important to Rachel. Over the years, she has been involved in a variety of local activities, including netball, tennis, table tennis and rock 'n' roll dancing.

When she's not at work, Rachel enjoys spending time with family and friends and has been happily married for more than 30 years. She also loves motorbike rides with her husband and friends, attending concerts and spending time with her much-loved Border Collies. Known for her warm nature and friendly smile, Rachel is always up for a chat and looks forward to making everyone who visits the Leongatha office feel right at home.
