Profile: Beginning my career in hospitality before transitioning into customer service, I have always enjoyed working with people and providing exceptional support. My professional journey includes 15 years working within local government, where I developed strong organisational, communication and customer service skills while serving the community.

Following this, I spent three years as Personal Assistant to the Director of a family-run childcare centre, where I gained valuable experience managing day-to-day operations, coordinating administrative functions and supporting a busy team.

In November 2025, I was delighted to join Alex Scott & Staff, bringing with me a wealth of administrative experience and a genuine passion for helping people. Known for my friendly, approachable nature and attention to detail, I take pride in providing efficient support and creating positive experiences for clients and colleagues alike. I am committed to building strong relationships through professionalism, reliability and exceptional customer service.
