Profile: Laura began her real estate career in 2010 with a large agency in the South Eastern suburbs, starting as a Receptionist and Administration Assistant. Her dedication and passion for the industry saw her progress into Property Management, taking ownership of her own portfolio after relocating to an office closer to home in 2013.

In January 2023, Laura joined the Alex Scott & Staff team in Warragul and is excited to continue building a long and rewarding career with the company.

With more than a decade of customer service and administration experience prior to entering real estate, Laura brings a wealth of knowledge, professionalism, and practical expertise to her role. She is committed to delivering exceptional service and takes pride in building strong relationships with both Rental Providers and Renters. Her prior experience in staff management has further strengthened her communication skills and ability to navigate challenging situations with confidence and empathy.

Known for her approachable nature and strong work ethic, Laura consistently strives to achieve the best outcomes for her clients while ensuring a positive property management experience for all involved. Her strong understanding of residential tenancy legislation and industry compliance requirements enables her to confidentiality guide Rental Providers through every stage of the tenancy process, providing clear advice and practical solutions along the way.

Outside of work, Laura enjoys spending time with her son Austin, singing, horse riding, camping, and making memories with family and friends.
